Mobile apps available for iOS & Android make this experience extremely easy to follow. Every message should be attended to. Requests should be answered respectfully and thoroughly, providing the customer will most information possible. Ignoring messages will discourage customers from using your services or products. Furthermore, if you ignore messages often and becomes a contingency, the messaging system will automatically be deactivated for your business. This is to ensure that we - -  aren't wasting our customers' valuable time.
